Each coach sets their team’s practice days, times and field, and tells you. Games are once a week at the fields in your own area. Every team’s times are different, so there’s no club-wide timetable: your team’s schedule in TeamSnap is the place to look. If the season is about to start and you’ve heard nothing, ask us through the club’s Facebook page.
How the rec season usually runs
Every year follows the same shape. The months below are what usually happens, not fixed dates.

| July – August | Fall registration usually closes on a Friday in the second half of August |
| September – October | Fall season: usually starts after Labor Day and runs about 6–7 weeks, ending with the Romp ’n Stomp in the second half of October |
| Late January – March | Spring registration usually opens between late January and mid-February and closes on a Friday in mid- to late March |
| April – June | Spring season: usually starts in mid-April and runs about 7–8 weeks, ending with the Romp ’n Stomp in early June |
This season: Fall 2026 registration closed on August 21, 2026. Next Romp ’n Stomp: Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Myles Kimmerly Park in Maple City. Spring registration: to be confirmed. New dates go up on the club’s Facebook page.
Fields
Rec teams play at the fields in their own area: Suttons Bay, Leland, Glen Lake (Maple City), Northport and Elmwood. Each field links to your phone’s maps app.

LSC United families: the June try-outs are at Myles Kimmerly Park in Maple City. Try-outs are usually early to mid-June for the next season, with a smaller try-out in January for spring places. See Try-outs, Teams and Fees & travel.
